Upon placing an order, www.malnad.store registered vendor shall ship the product to you and be entitled to its payment for the service. Though we name the store with the word Malnad we are not confined to a specific region alone. We have curated best products sold by vendors from all over India. We have listed best vendors from Malnad region as a priority basis alone.

Color and Exactness of the Product

The images of the items on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colors accurately reflect the color of the items.   • PAN Card of the applicant. In the case of Sole proprietorship personal Pan card of the individual is asked for. And in case a registered business entity is an applicant than the Personal PAN Card of the applicant’s representative as well as PAN Card of the organization are to be submitted.
  • If the business is not handled on a sole proprietorship basis then business registration is also a mandatory requirement.
  • The applicant must have a current bank account in its name. This is essential as in online marketing all the transactions take place directly through online transfer of funds.

VENDOR PRODUCT LISTING GUIDELINES:

Malnad.Store is an e-commerce portal and hence we request our vendors do a minimal photoshoot of their products on their own and start publishing their products on our portal. We are currently open for specific product categories only and we might review and add products from vendors after verification. If your product category is not listed kindly contact our customer support number for further information.

CUSTOMER SECTION:

Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Shipping Policy:

All products listed on our portal are shipped to the customers using reputed courier services in India. Once the payment is made successfully for your purchase, the item will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. There could be delays in the delivery of products in case of natural disasters, calamity, curfew, nationwide bandh, or other unexpected situations. In a normal scenario, the product will reach you within 7-12 working days. We try our best to deliver your order within the lowest possible duration.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange:

The listed products are exclusively curated with utmost care for quality and consistency. The order can be canceled within 14 hours before the item is shipped. If the order is already shipped there is no scope for cancellation/return or exchange request.

If you cancel the order within 14 hours of time and before the order is shipped then we will refund your 90% of payment retaining 10% of the fee as handling and payment transaction charges.

Return Policy: There is no scope for the return of the product if it is delivered in good condition. The return will be entertained only for breakage, damaged and spoiled products only. However, this will fall eligible for Exchange policy only and can be exchanged by shipping it back to us. In such case shipping charges has to be paid by customers. You can speak to our customer support and then ship it to the appropriate address.

Exchange Policy: As mentioned earlier only the damages / broken/spoilt product will be exchanged with the new one. The shipping cost for sending back to the vendor has to be paid by the customer. Once the product reaches our vendor then only the new one will be dispatched.

Please note: The duration taken for delivery of products is solely dependent on the place where you live and serviceability of the courier services. We will share the shipment tracking number for your reference.
