Cooking Directions
Fry sliced onions in a cooker with 4 tbsp of cooking oil and 2 tbsp of ghee. Now add vegetables to it and fry them lightly. Add Ginger-Garlic paste to it. Wash the rice cleanly add salt to it and mix it. Add water 2 times as of quantity of rice. After cooking for sometimes add coriander leaves and IFI veg pulav powder and mix it well. Close the lid of cooker and wait for 2 whistles. After Whistles, wait for sometime and open the lid and mix them well and Veg Pulav is ready to serve.
