Rasam Powder

Ingredients :-
Blackgram Dal, Red Chilly, Salt, Lemon Concentrate, Mustard, Curry Leaves, Asafoetida.

Prepare the seasoning of hing mustard, cumin seeds using ghee/coconut oil. Add Tomato slices and fry. Cook 60g(4 tbsp) of Red gram dal in 800ml of water with 1/2 tbsp of cooking oil and pinch of turmeric. Chum the cooking oil and keep it aside. Add 1 tbsp(15g) IFI Rasam powder, turmeric extract, salt, and jaggery to the seasoned tomato fry and boil. Add the churned, cooked dal and coconut liquid extract, mix them well and boil for about 12min.
