Cooking Directions
Prepare the dal or vegetables of your choice with usual spices in the ghee or oil as you normally prepare. Add 1½ tbsp of IFI Garam Masala of 100g of vegetables or 250 ml of prepared dal. Adjust according to quantity and stir on low flame for 3 min. Keep covered for at least 5 min. Serve warm with Rice/ Roti for incomparable taste.
